According to a report by Industry Insider Ab George on X, it is believed that filmmaker Wetrimaran has dropped the Vadivasal for now. Instead, he has taken his next project as a lead with Silambarson TR.
However, these are unconfirmed reports at this time, as there is no official update on the matter yet.

Meanwhile, Suria was recently seen at the Palani Murugan temple to seek blessings ahead of his next film, Suriya 46. The actor was included for the same by director Venky Ataluri and producer Naga Vamsi.
In the photographs shared by the production house, the attention that was attracted was Suriya’s completely clean form. The actor has abandoned his mustache and beard, which he completed for retro, and even trimmed his long hair.
Wearing a red kurta and a prostitute clothes, he looked beautiful because he prayed to the deity.
