Sasikumar and Simran starrer Feel-Gud Comedy Drama Film Tourist Family killed theaters in India on 29 April 2025. More than a month after its release, the film is available for streaming at Gehotstar since June 2, 2025.

Plot:
In the tourist family, one eelam of four is the story of the Tamil family, who decides to take shelter in India after the Sri Lankan economic crisis, expect a better future.
Dharmadas, his wife Vatathi and his two sons, led by Nithushan and Murali, makes their way for Prakash, brother of Vanathi living in Tamil Nadu. To make his identity a mask as Sri Lankan, they are introduced as a malaile in the area.
Now, there is a possibility of getting into its way with an adjacent struggle, the film focuses on light-hearted and comical events happening with its neighbors.
Good:
Tourist families are a fresh departure from blazing guns and violent action trends. The feel-gud entertainer is wrapped in a pure context as the characters are reliable and executed with extreme clarity.
As every character presented in the tourist family world offers its nuances, the events that come around them inspire hope in humanity. The film is not a run-of-the-mill, preaching enterprise, but is a careful curved venture of hopes and dreams.
With Abhishan Jeeviva and even playing a role in the film, the debut director managed to unveil his craft with accuracy, while a writing perspectives.
Another remarkable aspect of this film is Scene Rolden’s musical tracks and background scores, which produce every scene completely. The film, with its soundtrack, once again reveals how the musician is judged in his work.
In addition, Arvind Vishwanathan and Barath Vikramana, cinematographers and editors of the film, do good work respectively. Especially the editor, who kept the film close to 2 hours in the runtime, did not distract from the core elements.

Despite being close to a clean blockbuster, the tourist stumbles with his writing at family points. With events and conflicts, some extent is being served on a silver plate for characters, the film lags behind in making it possible for it.
However, during the entirety of the enterprise, it does not feel like a big thing, but is a natural progress in the expected world that the manufacturers have created.

Sasikumar has undoubtedly shine bright with his role in the film as religions in the film. The actor, with his innate ability to pull a variety of roles during his filmography, once again proves his ability with this film.
Simran, as his wife, brings a creative balance to his performance, deeply incarnates the nuances and chemistry with his co-star in his character and his co-star. In addition, Mithun Jai Shankar gave another outstanding performance with Kamlesh Jagan, in which the child actor easily stolen the spotlight in a single moment.
