How to make Amla Soup Amla Soup Recipe
It is very easy to make Amla soup at home. This recipe has been shared by digital creator @auraartofhealthyliving on Instagram. To make this soup:
1. Prepare Amla
Take a handful of gooseberries and wash them. Dry them before cutting them into small pieces. Put them in a blender and grind them with black pepper, cumin, green chilli, turmeric and salt. Put the mixture in a bowl. – Now add ½ cup cooked lentils and water and mix well.
2. Prepare tadka
– Heat some ghee in a pan. When hot, add dry red chilli and curry leaves. When they start spluttering, add the amla mixture and some coriander leaves. Let the mixture heat up and turn off the heat before it comes to a boil. Add it to a bowl of soup and enjoy!
