Dhurandhar: RevengeDirected by Aditya Dhar, the film stars Ranveer Singh as Hamza Ali Mazari, an undercover Indian agent who infiltrates Karachi’s Lyari underworld to dismantle an ISI-backed terror network. The story also explores his past and introduces him as Jaskirat Singh Rangi, a Sikh boy wishing to join the Indian Army. Sara Arjun is playing the role of his wife in the two-part film.
Produced by Jyoti Deshpande and Lokesh Dhar, the film was released on March 19 in multiple languages including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam. The cast also includes R. Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, Sanjay Dutt and Rakesh Bedi.
The film continues to perform strongly at the box office. The film is expected to soon cross the Rs 1,700 crore mark and possibly become the third highest-grossing Indian film globally.
