According to a previous report by Valai Pichu, the actor is likely to join the army with filmmaker Vinayak Chandrashekhar for his 24th film. However, things will be special for this project as Shivrathayakian will get to share the screen with Mohanlal.

During a recent special interview with Pinkvilla’s masterclass, Aamir Khan attracted attention when he talked about his prior plans of roping in Shivkarthikeyan in the lead role for his film Sitare Zameen Paar.

The Bollywood actor explained how, at first, only wanted to be a producer and was with SK with Farhan Akhtar to lead the project in two bilingual versions.

In his words, “When Lal Singh did not work, I broke and wanted to take a break from acting. I told the director of the film, RS Prasanna about it, who was disappointed with my decision but at the same time.”

He said, “Accepting my prediction as an actor, he agreed and asked me to continue as a producer. I agreed, and then we talked to Farhan and Shivrathiyyan. The film was initially being made as a bilingual in Hindi and Tamil.”
