Ice cream – the universally loved dessert – comes in many flavours. But what happens when one takes a much-loved dish like biryani and combines it with ice cream? The result is a bizarre combo – Ice Cream Biryani. Yes, you read that right! It is a unique blend of two iconic dishes that will leave you in awe. Heena Kausar Raad, an Instagram user and the mastermind behind this unusual creation, shared a video showing her own take on fusion food. Hina, who runs a baking academy in Mumbai, said the ice cream biryani was created to celebrate a special occasion. As part of completing a seven-day baking course at her academy, Heena created this culinary experiment.
In the video, Heena is seen standing near two big pots of biryani, on top of which something that looks like strawberry ice cream is placed. As she picks up a ladle full of biryani, raising it towards the camera, she shows off the bizarre fusion to her followers. The combination of biryani and ice cream makes for a sight to behold.

The comments section of the post is full of strong disapproval. Many users expressed their anger and confusion over this creation.
“Dislike button is missing here on Instagram,” one user sarcastically wrote, while another simply asked, “What’s the matter with you, lady?”
“Make something weird to get famous and go viral, what a shitty way to do it,” one comment read.
Some reactions went even further, with some angry users calling for his academy to be shut down. One user wrote, “Cancel his cooking certification and degree.”
This is not the first time Hina has experimented with unusual biryani combinations. Just a few months ago he had prepared a strange mango biryani. In a video, he showed off a big pot of the dish, claiming that it was specially prepared for a summer party. You can read more about it here.
