Punjabi singer Karan Aujla, famous for his song ‘Tauba Tauba’, had to cut short his recent concert in London when someone from the audience threw a shoe at him. Karan got angry and addressed the man from the stage, saying, “I am not singing so bad that you should hit me with a shoe.” A video of the incident is going viral on social media, with fans praising the singer for handling the situation well.

The video shows Karan performing at the O2 Arena in London. Suddenly, a shoe is thrown at him, which leaves him shocked. Karan stops the show and asks, “Wait! Who was that? I am asking you to come on stage. Let’s do a one-on-one right now. I know how to fight. I don’t sing so bad that you should hit me with shoes. If any of you have a problem with me, come straight on stage and talk… because I am not saying anything wrong.”

According to a Times of India report, the man who threw a shoe at Karan Aujla was identified and was immediately escorted out of the venue. The singer continued with his performance.

Fans of the Punjabi singer reacted to the viral video. One commented, “If you dislike someone, why do you waste your time and money attending his concert and throwing shoes at him? Instead, use that money to spend on something you like and enjoy it.”

Another fan clarified, “I want to make it clear to everyone: the person who threw a shoe at Karan Aujla just wanted him to sign something. He threw a shoe at him for that very reason, so please don’t promote fake news. And this is not the way to get an autograph from any artiste – you can’t do that #KaranAujla (sic).”

Canadian-Indian singer Karan Aujla will soon begin his first multi-city tour in India. He will perform in Chandigarh on December 7, Bengaluru on December 13 and New Delhi on December 15 and 19. He will then head to Mumbai for a concert on December 21. Apart from this, the tour also includes stops in the UK, New Zealand and Canada.
