Jacqueline Fernandez reveals her fitness and health habits which no one knows about

The actress is known as one of the fittest actresses in Bollywood. The Sri Lankan beauty recently featured on the September 2024 cover of India Magazine. In an exclusive conversation with them, the star revealed her fitness and health rituals that no one knows about. Talking about the same, she said, “My Sunday workout routine can last up to three hours with a mix of yoga, weights and dance. I get asked, ‘Oh, I want to have legs like you.’ I put in the effort and work out aggressively. I am strong and I have done this for many years. I take care of what I eat. I am conscious of what is healthy and what is not. There was a time when it was just for aesthetics, but now I don’t do it for aesthetics. I want to feel good and strong. I want to maintain an athletic and agile body.

Jacqueline has been a fitness enthusiast for a long time and her health journey is an inspiration for all gym lovers. In an interview with Vogue India in 2021, the star spoke about how much she loves doing different kinds of workouts. She said that she loves moving beyond yoga and Pilates classes to fun exercises like pole dancing and aerial silk routines. She also spoke about how pole dancing helps in building confidence and strength.
