Rohman recently shared that the actress and his daughters Renee and Alisha ‘have been like family to him.’ He also said, ‘We may not live together or talk for months, but whenever he needs me, I will always be there.’
In a recent interview with Screen, model-turned-actor Rohman Shawl addressed the recent discussions about his relationship with Sushmita Sen following her revelation in a podcast that he has been single for the last three years .
When asked about the public scrutiny and rumors surrounding him, he said that he feels blessed because the opinions of others do not affect him. He stressed that he knows his truth and remains honest with himself, adding that what people say, whether good or bad, does not affect him.
Talking about his relationship with The Main Hoon Na actress and her daughters Renee and Alissa, with whom he is often seen, Rohman described their relationship as like family. He clarified that even if they don’t live together or talk for months, he will always be there for her whenever she needs him.
He further explained that what really matters to him is his own perception of himself and his actions. Rohman expressed that he stands by the decisions he has taken in his life and respects them, adding that if other people cannot understand it, then it is their problem, not his.
On the professional front, Rohman, who made his Tamil debut with the film Amaran, shared that he is now getting more opportunities after the release of the film. He expressed happiness that people are now recognizing his potential and are offering him work based on his performance.
Rohman also found the idea of playing a negative character attractive. He explained that the challenge of portraying an antagonist was interesting to him, especially because it is so different from his real-life personality.
Talking about the work front, Sushmita Sen was last seen in the third season of the crime-thriller series Arya.
