Sunny Deol’s Jat expressed Christian displeasure over the church scene, community demand ban
The release of Sunny Deol’s latest film ‘Jat’ has ignited the controversy by the Christian community due to a scene derogatory. The community has demanded ban and legal action, claiming that the depiction is an insult to their trust.

Bollywood films ‘Jait’, Sunny Deol, Randeep Hooda, and Vineet Kumar Sinning, have landed in controversy after their dramatic release on 10 April. The Christian community has strongly objected to a particular scene in which a crucifix is shown over a crucifix, to stand inside a church. The scene also includes portrayal of hooliganism and threats inside the church, which the community has found deeply aggressive.
According to the representatives of the Christian community, the depiction has hurt their religious feelings and volume to the dictation of the pulsit- Pulpit. They allege that this scene appears to be a deliberate part of a conspiracy to discredit Christianity in India, forced and violence against it.
Initially, members of the Christian community planned to hold a protest outside the cinema hall, but the protest was stopped by the police. Instead, the delegates presented a memorandum to the Joint Commissioner, demanding a ban on Jat screening in theaters.
