Sunny Deol teams up with Akhand director Boyapati Srinu for Jaat 2: Report
Actor Sunny Deol, who recently tasted success with Border 2, may soon team up with Telugu filmmaker Boyapati Srinu for the sequel of his recent film Jatt.

According to a report in Gulte, the production house had initially considered bringing back director Gopichand Malineni, who directed the first installment. However, with Malineni currently busy with other commitments, the makers reportedly approached director Sriram Aditya before considering Boyapati Srinu for the sequel.
Although nothing has been officially confirmed yet, buzz in the industry is that Boyapati Srinu may direct Sunny Deol starrer Jatt 2.

Meanwhile, Sunny Deol has many projects. The actor will be seen next Lahore 1947Which also stars Aamir Khan and Preity Zinta. The film is scheduled to release on Independence Day in 2026.
Deol is also a part of upcoming Netflix projects ace And Gabru. Directed by Shashank Udapurkar and produced by Vishal Rana and Om Chhangani, is scheduled to release in theaters across India on May 8, 2026. The film also stars Simran and Preet Kamani in lead roles.
Apart from these projects, Sunny Deol will be seen in this Ramayana Part IWhich is going to be released during Diwali this year. In the film, Yash has played the role of Ravana, Sai Pallavi has played the role of Sita, Ravi Dubey has played the role of Laxman and Sunny Deol has played the role of Lord Hanuman.
Meanwhile, Sunny Deol was last seen border 2Which was released in theaters on 23 January. The film takes inspiration from the India-Pakistan War of 1971 and portrays the Indian Army, Navy and Air Force working together. It also stars Varun Dhawan, Ahan Shetty and Diljit Dosanjh in lead roles.
