Str49: Was GV Prakash confirmed only to be part of Silambarson TR and Vetrimaran’s film?

Silambarson TR and Director Wetrimaran recently announced that they would meet together for the first time. While much information about the film has not yet appeared, music composer and actor GV Prakash Kumar shared his insight on Simbu and the upcoming film.

Did GV Prakash Kumar confirm the composition of music for Str49?

Talking with Kumudam at a public event, GV Prakash Kumar reflected his old memories with Silambarson TR. The composer-actor revealed how the two participated in rival schools in their childhood and would often compete in music competitions.

GV Prakash said, “I have known Simbu from my school days. During cultural competitions, we would be on the opposing teams. I used to play keyboard, and he was on the drum, and our schools were always high in competing with each other.”

“After many years, we worked together in the film Kalai. If things go well, I will probably work with them on Wetrimaran’s film (Str49). If this happens, I am happy. We know that we only know that if the shoot starts, then hoping that yes,” said the musician.

For those people, Simbu and Vetritaran made headlines for their possible support recently. While the director has specified that the film will soon go to the floor, rumors also spread that it may have been given shelter.

However, the manufacturers recently unveiled a small glimpse, suggesting that an official announcement is on the way.

While much information about the film has not been specified, Varthiran has confirmed that the film Vada is within the Chennai universe. It also indicates that some characters of Dhanush Hairy can create an appearance.

Silambarson TR’s recent film

Simbu was recently seen playing co-Leed in the thug life of Kamal Haasan directed by Mani Ratnam. The Gangster Action Drama followed the story of Delhi-based Kingpin, Rangaraya Sathivale, which has been doubled by his foster son, causing a high-shattering confrontation between them.

Along with Hassan and Strolling Rolls, the film also included Trisha Krishnan, Abhirami, Jojo George, Ashok Selvan, Aishwarya Lectmi and many other lead roles. After receiving a low reaction in theaters, the film is now available for streaming on Netflix.

Looking forward, Simbu has other films with directors Desing Periasam, Ramkumar Balakrishnan and Ashwath Marimuthu.
