The recipe for this South Indian foster Pachadi was shared on his Instagram page by Chef Guntas Sethi. To make it, all you need is a handful of material and 10 minutes of your time. Here are stages to follow:
- Chop onion, tomato and spinach. Add garlic cloves, tamarind and red chili powder to a blender. Blitz well to make a smooth paste.
- Heat the ghee in a pan and add dried red chili, cumin, urad dal, gram dal, mustard seeds and curry leaves. Well saute.
- Add prepared onion-tomato-spinach paste and fresh spinach leaves.
- Give everything a good mix and allow it to cook for a few minutes.
- Your spinach Pachadi is now ready to taste. enjoy!
