Actor Sonali Bendre Behl shared his disappointment with the film ‘Duplicate’ in a recent interview, in which he acted with Shah Rukh Khan and Juhi Chawla. He revealed that he found his role in the film a lot of dimensional. He also remembered to work with Salman Khan in ‘Hum Sah Sala Han’.

In an interview with Bollywood bubbleSonali Bendre talked about her experience in ‘Duplicate’. He said, “It was a film that a lot of people talk about. But it is one of the films that really helped shape my character. This character had beautiful gray shades, but it began to become very one dimensional. I think it became a secondary character when I met it.”

He said, “When I did ‘Zakham’, I knew that it was not the main character, I knew that Pooja had a role. But it was a beautiful story with Bhatt Saheb, and I just wanted to be a part of it, so I did so. Finally, it all got out, and I got the reason for me.

In the same interview, seeing an old picture from the set of ‘Hum Saas Saas Sahu Hain’, the specialty of Salman Khan, she laughed and commented, “Am I not putting tea or milk here?”

She also talked about how Salman used to make her face and tease her, while she was giving close-up shot. “We were fighting all the time. I should ask Salman about it then because whenever I was giving a close-up, Salman will be making a face on me. And I will be so angry that I will say, ‘What hell?”, He said.

Sonali also shared how difficult it was to shoot in heavy golden Ghagha He wore in the film. “Its weight was about 20 kg and it was a heavy job, the fake jewelery I worn gave me allergies and rashes everywhere. Ghagha He himself took 4 beets more, ”he remembered.

On the work front, Sonali Bendre was last seen in a small role in Remo D’Souza’s film B Happy. He made his OTT debut in 2022 with the web series ‘The Broken News’. The show was loved by the audience and returned with the second season last year.
