Earlier, Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal’s family got together to kickstart their pre-wedding celebrations. The mehndi ceremony took place on June 21. Pictures of the couple in traditional attire were shared by their friends. Sonakshi chose a very minimal but elegant way for her mehndi.
Yesterday, on June 22, a puja was held at Sonakshi’s house. The bride even made a happy gesture towards the paparazzi present there. The happiness was clearly visible on her face. Sonakshi’s close friend Huma Qureshi and her brother Saqib Saleem were also present, while the actress’ Heeramandi co-star Manisha Koirala sent her a special gift before the wedding.
