Sivakarthikeyan is moving towards success after his previous film Amaran did wonders at the box office. After such a beautiful ending to the Rajkumar Periyasamy directorial, the actor is now all set to collaborate with Sudha Kongara for project SK25.
Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter India, Sivakarthikeyan broke his silence on the much-awaited project SK25 in conversation with Anupama Chopra.
He confessed that the film will be a large-scale period drama and its promo has already been shot.
In his words, “We have started it and the promo shoot happened two days ago. And we are continuing shooting. It’s a period drama, on a grand scale. This is going to happen on a large scale. I feel like, Sreeleela is there, Atharva is there, GV Prakash is doing the music and Ravi K. Chandran sir is doing the camera.
Furthermore, SK was also excited at the opportunity to work with a talented actor like Jayam Ravi. He highlighted that the PS-I star has been roped in to the project, where he will play the antagonist.
SK tagged his senior Jayam Ravi and recalled that he had watched Jayam Ravi’s films when he was in college.
Sivakarthikeyan said, “The exciting thing is that Jayam Ravi sir is there. I shouldn’t call him a villain, but he is playing that antagonistic character. And when she said yes to it, I was very happy. It’s a very strong character.”
At the end of his revelation, Sivakarthikeyan highlighted how much he loved working with a filmmaker like Sudha Kongara and said that he had never seen a meticulous person like her, who had everything planned in advance, so that Work can be hassle free. ,
