Aamir Khan’s upcoming Sports Drama ‘Sitare Zameen Paar’ titled Track reflects his journey as a playful basketball coach as he takes care of his students. The slice-off-life song released on 5 June gives a glimpse in the story of Aamir’s character and his on-screen students.

‘Sitare lands across the ground’ as a spiritual successor of ‘Taare Zameen Paar’, as the new song shows flexibility against adversity through its fun vibes and dynamics of hearty character. The video shows Aamir and Genelia just shown on a trip with basketball players as they dance, smile, hug and win on challenges.

In addition to leading the team to win against opponents, Aamir and Genelia also have a nutritional relationship with students because they cook for them and make sure they rest properly. The ‘Sitare Zameen Paar’ track has a Jovial appeal, both visually and with its uplift, festive score.

There is a will of human spirit to achieve emotional dynamics and goals among the characters to achieve their sometimes net-up attitude. Siddharth Mahadevan, Shankar Mahadevan and Divya Kumar’s pleasing score of Shankar-Ehsan-Loy and the uplift songs of Amitabh Bhattacharya hit the right cord.

Aamir plays the role of a basketball coach for a team of particularly competent children in ‘Sitare Zameen Paar’. Genelia portrayed her love interest in the film.

Aamir Khan Productions are starting ten new actors – Araush Dutta, Gopi Krishna Verma, Samvit Desai, Vedant Sharma, Ayush Gaus, Ashish Pendse, Rishi Shahani, Rishabh Jain, Naman Mishra, and Simran Mangal. The film is directed by RS Prasanna and is a remake of the Spanish Sports Drama Challengers (2018).

Divya Nipi Sharma wrote the script for ‘Sitare Zameen Paar’. Aamir co-produced the film with Aparna Purohit, B Srinivasa Rao and Ravi Bhagchandka.

‘Sitare Zameen Paar’ is scheduled for release on 20 June 2025.
