Bollywood actors Shreyas Talpade and Alok Nath are currently facing legal problems, as their names have been reported in the FIR filed at Murthal Police Station in Haryana on 22 January. The complaint accused of cheating and criminal violation of the trust.
Reports suggest that Shreyas Talpad and Alok Nath have been named in a cedar filed at Murthal police station in Sonipat district of Haryana. The complaint filed on 22 January has accused 13 persons under 316 (2), 318 (2), and 318 (4). It belongs to the allegations of cheating, criminal violations of faith, and transfer of property of fraud, which is according to a report.
The dispute revolves around the allegations against a cooperative society accused of cheating investors. According to reports, the Human Welfare Credit Cooperative Society registered in Indore under the Multi-State Cooperative Society Act, 2002 has been active in several states including Haryana since September 2016.

The complainant, Vipul Artil, a resident of Sonipat, alleged that more than 250 service centers, known as ‘Suvidha Kendras’, were established in Haryana to deposit. The Society allegedly provided services such as mobile ATM vans and ambulance units in some areas, while hosting social events in luxury hotels to attract investors under the guise of training programs.
