Shreya Ghoshal concluded Sahitya Aaj Tak 2024 with a captivating performance. The singer presented a musical evening for the audience at the venue by singing some of her most popular songs. From Teri Ore from Singh Is Kinng to O Sathi Re from Omkara, he enthralled everyone with his chartbusters.

The biggest highlight of the evening was her singing the unreleased version of Pihu Bole from Parineeta. It was written from the perspective of Vidya Balan’s character.

Shreya Ghoshal revealed Writer Swanand Kirkire gifted it to him and asked him to sing it if he ever wanted.

Expressing her gratitude on the stage, she said that she was feeling proud. She also sang Manwa Laage from Happy New Year and Teri Ore from Singh Is Kinng.

After this he decided to sing Swanand Kirkire’s song Soja Re. Telling the audience about her choice, she said, “I felt that these days, there are not many people who think for themselves. Their minds are always screaming and there is a lot going on in everyone’s mind at the moment , that’s why I chose to sing this song.”

Before singing the song O Rangrez from Bhaag Milkha Bhaag, he praised composers Shankar, Ehsaan and Loy. He shared, “Shankar, Ehsaan, Loy have always created amazing music, and any composition created by them is wonderful to sing.”

He also accepted fans’ requests and sang daily. She has seen tweets and reels of people requesting her to sing their favorite songs and has always asked her on X why she doesn’t sing those songs.

Shreya mesmerized the audience by singing the evergreen song Lag Ja Gale.
