The first part is more layered than the sequel
In a video posted on her Instagram, Shobha said that the original film was more layered, with psychological depth and mystery that made the audience curious about the characters’ motives.
he added this Dhurandhar 2 Felt familiar and predictable. She said, “Maybe it was the novelty then, there was a certain degree of déjà vu in it. I could almost guess what was going to happen next which would never be good. Good cinema is about keeping you on edge and surprising you. People have called it a masterpiece. Sorry, it’s not a masterpiece, at least not for me.”

Arjun Rampal, Sanjay Dutt looted the party
Praising Arjun Rampal, Shobha said that he “chewed up everyone including Ranveer. Sorry Ranveer, but he did it.” He described Sanjay Dutt’s performance as impeccable, dangerous and in control without any bad comments.
Missing Akshaye Khanna’s Rahman Dacoit
The columnist also noted the absence of Akshaye Khanna as the dacoit Rahman in the sequel. “Without Rahman Dakat, the style was not there. The wonderful impromptu dance was not there, there was a version of Baloch dance, but it was nowhere near that,” he said, referring to the FA9LA dance number from the first film.
Shobhaa De offered some criticism to the makers of the film. He observed that many viewers were distracted, walking away and returning to the film, which he felt was not indicative of an entertaining film.
Predictable script, lack of innovation
He further added, “To be honest, I didn’t think much about the script this time. The music was again predictable… there was nothing to it.” Ramba ho ho hoAlthough I liked this method Rasputin Used. but there was not prank…There was no glamor at all…It highlighted chauvinism but it was balanced.”
In his Instagram caption, he described the film as having a lot of interpretations, and compared it to “teaching school kids how bad guys work.” He said that the dialogue was clear and spoken for the audience, with a lot of clichés and clichés. According to him, the film included action sequences for its own sake and frequent car explosions inspired by Rohit Shetty’s style.
He also commented on small things, like the way Ranveer’s hair is carefully styled even during intense fight scenes. He acknowledged some clever twists but questioned the clarity of the film’s finale in Pathankot and called it an “anti-climax”.
Dhurandhar 2 It also includes R Madhavan, Sara Arjun and Rakesh Bedi.
