Shares of SBI Card fell 0.12% as Sensex rose

Shares of SBI Cards and Payment Services Ltd were trading 0.12 percent lower in the Monday session at 12:43 pm (IST). Share Rs. 740.05 and during the session so far closed at Rs. 741.4 and Rs. An intra-day high and low of 734.2 was touched.

Share Rs. A 52-week high of 892.75 and a 52-week low of 649.0 were quoted. About 48,055 shares have changed hands over the counter so far.

The benchmark Nifty50 rose 82.25 points to 24584.4, while the BSE Sensex gained 169.09 points to trade at 80688.43.

In the Nifty pack, 35 stocks traded in the green, while 15 were in the red.

Chief Financial Officer

In the quarter ended 31-Mar-2024, the company posted Rs. 4474.57 crores, compared to the previous quarter’s Rs. 4741.6 crore was 5.63 percent lower and 14.25 percent lower than the year-ago quarter. In the latest quarter, the company posted Rs. 662.37 crore in net profit.

Promoter Holdings
Promoters held 68.63 per cent stake in the company as on 31-Mar-2024, while FIIs held 8.59 per cent and MFs 9.95 per cent.

Technicals
On the technical chart, the stock’s 200-day moving average (DMA) on July 15 was Rs. 737.99, while the 50-DMA was Rs. was 717.72. If a stock trades above the 50-DMA and 200-DMA, it usually means that the immediate trend is up. On the other hand, if the stock trades well below both the 50-DMA and 200-DMA, it is considered a bearish trend and if it trades between these averages, it indicates that the stock could go either way.
