Sentam Electronics Promoter sells 4.5% stake in Rs.153 crore

The Stom Electronics Promoter on Friday sold 4.53 per cent stake in the company for Rs 153 crore through open market transactions.

According to the wholesale deal data on the BSE, Mallawarapu Venkata Eporo – one of the promoters of Sentum Electronics – 4.53 % stake in the company.6..65 lakh equity shares.

    The disposal of the stock is Rs. 2,300.93, which is costing Rs 153.19 crore.

    After the sale of stake, the holding of Aporona in Stom Electronics has dropped from 40.10 percent to 35.57 percent.

    Meanwhile, HDFC Mutual Fund bought 2.15 lakh shares or 1.5 percent stake in Stom Electronics, while 3P Investment Managers by its affiliates – 3P India Equity Fund 1 and 3P India Equity Fund 1MA company, or 2.04 per cent, according to data.

    At the average price of the stock, Rs 2,300 was purchased, with the cost of the combined deal rose to 118.45 crore.

    The details of other buyers of the Stom Electronics Share cannot be identified in the exchange.

    Shares of Sentum Electronics rose 0.74 percent to Rs. Closed at 2,412.70. PTI
