Its caption reads: “Just use this trick … Store it but … don’t make it mistaken … it won’t be spoiled. How to store green peas?”

In her video, she begins to peel fresh peas, carelessly mention how she had 4 kg to work with her (clearly, she takes her peas seriously). As she is peeled, she shares her golden storage technology, which she has been using for years:

Choose a mixture of sizes – small, medium and large peas are all welcome.

Solve them – any damaged or frustrated pea? They go out.

Give them a good wash – run them through a sieve under cold water.

Blancing time – Boil 2-2.5 liters of water, add 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 teaspoon salt and leave the peas for fine 2 minutes.

To prevent the process of ice bath-cooking process, immediately move the peas to the ice-curl water. This keeps their texture firm and their color alive.

Dry it right – dry the peas in a sieve and spread them on a cotton cloth under a fan (never in the sun).

Pack them smartly-use small zip-lock bags to store them in managed parts.

Freeze and forget (until need) – Pop them in freezer and voyla! You have peas ready for 6-8 months.

Even she gives a pro tip: if there is a constant power cut in your area, it is better not to store frozen peas, as they can deteriorate. This simple but effective trick ensures that you always have a stash of peas to elevate your food. What do you think if no one else to find fresh peas? Would you be giving a shot to this hack?
