Security consultant Yusuf Ibrahim says Alia Bhatt-Ranbir Kapoor wedding was the toughest to manage; Share which star’s marriage was the easiest?

Celebrity weddings in Bollywood are a grand affair, and despite the couple’s request for privacy, the media and fans try their best to highlight important information. Recently, celebrity security consultant Yusuf Ibrahim revealed that managing Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor’s wedding was the toughest for him. Fans and media persons gathered outside his building, causing chaos. Varun Dhawan and Natasha Dalal’s wedding was easy to manage due to the Covid-19 period.

In a new interview with Siddharth Kannan, Yusuf Ibrahim, a popular security consultant in Bollywood, discussed his experience of providing security at high-profile weddings. During the conversation he was asked about the most difficult and easiest thing to manage a marriage. In his response, Ibrahim revealed that managing Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor’s wedding in April 2022 at his Pali Hill residence in Mumbai was a big challenge.

He said the couple kept their wedding a secret, yet around 350 media personnel and thousands of fans gathered outside their building, causing chaos. They blocked the way and made it difficult for the guests to enter the venue.

He shared, “It became even more challenging because the guests at the wedding were also celebrities. The chaos was such that even people living in the building got disturbed and extremely distressed.”

As a result, Yusuf assigned a team of 60 bouncers to ensure the security of the place, who worked 24/7 for six days in each eighteen-hour shift. The situation turned serious when the media attempted to climb the walls to get a glimpse of the couple and Alia Bhatt’s bridal attire. But, to manage the issue, the security advisor stationed some guards in uniform and others in civilian clothes to secretly monitor the situation.

On the other hand, she found Alia’s Kalank co-star Varun Dhawan’s marriage the easiest to manage. He revealed that the couple held their wedding at a resort during the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, fans and media were less. “The family went in and came out only after three days. So there was not much to manage,” Yusuf said. As a result, the marriage was more peaceful.
