What is spice?
The seasoning is all about enhancing the natural taste without changing its original taste. According to your recipe, you can find spices in dried or wet forms. The most common spice is salt. It does not add a new taste, but just enhances the taste of the dish. Think about how a simple bowl of lentils or khichdi tastes the taste without salt, but immediately gets better with its right amount. Some other examples of seasoning are black pepper, cumin (cumin), and hing (hyphatida) are also commonly used to enhance the taste of the material. What is taste?
Unlike masala, taste has a different role in cooking. The taste actually adds a new taste to a dish.
