Actor Sanjay Dutt, who was seen in a cameo role in Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Jawaan’, has signed a new film titled ‘Dhurandhar’. IndiaToday.in has exclusively learned that the film is in its pre-production stage.

‘Dhurandhar’ is said to be a multi-cast film. A source close to the project said that Dutt has agreed to be a part of it. Since the project is still in the early stages of pre-production, look tests of the actors are being done. Dutt’s look in the film is also being elaborated based on his character.

IndiaToday.in has exclusively learned that the film will be based on the underworld situation in Mumbai (earlier known as Bombay). The script has been narrated to all the actors of the film.

Meanwhile, the title of the film has been finalised as ‘Dhurandhar’. Sanjay Dutt will undergo a makeover to suit his character.

Sanjay Dutt has gained a lot of popularity in the South film industry with films like KGF: Chapter 2. It will be exciting to see him in an action-packed film in B-Town as well.

Earlier, it was announced that Dutt will also be a part of ‘Welcome to the Jungle’, which is currently in its production stage. However, the actor has reportedly left the film due to health concerns.
