Listen to the story

Samsung’s long-time Rumor Tri-folded smartphone, often referred to as the Galaxy G fold in the rumor mill, has been in this news for a long time. After launching several generations of traditional foldables, Samsung is now expected to start a three-tight device, possibly after some time this year. The latest leakage has revealed new details about its performance size. As Digital chat stationSamsung’s three-tight performance can measure about 9.9 inches when it is fully revealed. This will make slightly smaller than Huawei’s Met XT, which offers a 10.2-inch display.
While fans are eagerly waiting for an official announcement, there is still much that is unknown about the Galaxy G fold. Some leaks suggest that the phone cannot be launched globally, at least in the beginning. Samsung can first introduce it to selected markets like China and South Korea, whether it will expand to other areas before deciding. This will be different from its general launch strategy for foldable phones, which are usually available in many countries soon after launch. The tri-fold design is expected to use a dual interior-mold system, allowing the device to bend inward on both sides. This can provide better protection for the main performance compared to Huawei’s exterior-fold design.
Another important detail that has recently surfaced is about the charging speed of the device. Reports suggest that the Galaxy G fold can only support only around 23W to 24W charging speed, which is much slower than other premium phones today. Many smartphones now provide very fast charging speeds, even up to 100W or 120W. When it comes to rapid charging, Samsung has always been alert, and it seems that the trend will continue with Galaxy G fold.
In terms of size and weight, Samsung’s Galaxy G Guna Huawei’s friend is expected to be similar to XT, although it may be slightly thicker. With a height of about 6.54 inches, dimensions are rumored 9.96 inches. The device is also expected to support S Penn, as some patent filing has shown a possible slot for stylus. Pricing will probably be on the higher side. Huawei’s partner XT was launched at around $ 2,800 (at that time about 2.4 lakh rupees), and Samsung’s G Guna could be priced in this way, which is one of the most expensive smartphones available.
Even though Samsung has not officially confirmed anything yet, many expect the company to minimize the Galaxy G fold in its unpacked event in July, with Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Z Flip 7.
