Samantha reacted to rumors to promote Maya Chesava ahead of release again

Actor Samantha Ruth Prabhu strongly denied that he will re -join her ex -husband, actor Naga Chaitanya, who promote the upcoming re -release of his 2010 romantic drama ‘Ye Maya Chessway’. The film, which holds a significant value in both the career and personal history of the actors, is set to release in theaters on July 18, 15 years after its original start.
In a recent interview with Bollywood hungrySamantha directly addressed the rumors. “No, I am not promoting ‘this Maya Chessway’ with anyone. In fact, I am not promoting the film at all,” she said. They reacted to the hopes of fans to see the main pair together again, saying, “I don’t know where this thing is coming from. Perhaps the film’s fans want to see the main pair together. But no person can live someone’s life through the lensing of life.”
This Maya Chesway not only launched Samantha in Telugu cinema in stardom, but also marked the beginning of her relationship with Naga Chaitanya. The couple fell in love during the shoot, got married in 2017, and eventually separated in 2021. While reflecting the film, Samantha said, “I really remember every shot. The first shot I did for that film was at the gate, my character with Jessie Karthik (Naga Chaityana) was first remembered everything for the first time.
While a story of his off-screen love story started, things did not appear as a dream. After Divya, Samantha shared on Kofi with Karan in 2022 that his equation with Naga Chaitanya was cordial, commenting, “If you put us in a room, you have to hide sharp objects? Yes, yes, yes.”
Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala engaged on 8 August 2024. On 4 December, the two got married in Annapurna Studio in Hyderabad in the presence of family members and friends.
