Talking about the crime drama, a user wrote, “#Ronth is one of the best films of the year, and Shahi is one of Kabir’s best works so far. Like every other screenplay, it is also supernatural and extremely persecuted. The performance by Derves Pothan and Roshan is also fantastic to say at least.”
Another user had a similar response and said, “Shahi Kabir attacked again. A realistic police story based on night patrolling. Dilesh Pothan and Roshan’s forecasted climax and excellent performance are the major attraction except for the fantastic performance,” and the movie of 5 gave 3.75 status.

Ronth is a crime drama film, with the story of two police officers, which is handed over as partners for night patrolling. While one of them is Stoic and older person, Dynamic is his partner as an idealistic young man.
Tension arises between them, with friction due to their contradictory personalities. However, as the night patrolling increases, each event leads to a unique bond.
How night patrol makes a major crime, the career of the two officers is at stake, causing them to face deep and deep fear in the rest of the film.
As Roshan Matthew and Dilesh Pothan are predominantly, the film stars Arun Cherukville, Sudhi Kopa, Krishna Kurup, Rajesh Madhavan, Mohammad Roshan and actors in many other lead roles.
The film is directed by Shahi Kabir, who first wrote stories for Kunchko Boban starrer Nayatu and officer on duty. The music was composed by Anil Johnson with Manesh Madhavan and Praveen Mangalth to handle cameras and editing respectively.
On the work front, Roshan Matthew was first seen in the lead role for Janhvi Kapoor’s Ulaj. As Ronth has hit the big screen, the actor was seen participating in the worship ceremony for WWE-inspired Malayalam film, Chanta Pacha: The Ring of Rowdies.
