This is the couple’s second child, following the birth of their first daughter, Royce Lillian, who was born via surrogate in early November 2022.
In the photo of the two girls, Royce is seen holding her younger sister in what appears to be a hospital. The couple had announced the birth just hours before sharing this update. In a joint Instagram update, they wrote, "Proud to announce the birth of our second daughter, Rose Estelle! What a blessing it is to have another little girl! Now on May 4th we are now 4 people! Ramona and I feel so grateful and blessed to be growing our family, thank you all for all the well wishes (pink heart emoji)."
The couple first announced their second pregnancy in December 2025. Rebel Wilson and Ramona Agruma made their relationship official in June 2022 after meeting through a common friend. Their whirlwind romance led to a quick engagement in February 2023 and making it official on the red carpet for the Oscars party in March 2023. They got married in November 2024 in Italy, a place that holds special significance for them.
