Realme GT 7 India Launch confirmed, 6-hours stable 120fps gaming teased
Realme has officially announced its chief, Realme GT 7 in India. The phone is expected to be launched in the next month.

A few days after launching in China, Realme GT 7 has now been announced in India as well. Keeping all the details under the raps, the company suggested that the flagship is designed to increase gaming experience. Taking it to X (East Twitter), noted this, “The upcoming Realm GT7 is ready to be the first smartphone in the series industry, providing a 6 -hour stable 120 FPS gameplay.” It is noteworthy that its elder brother – Bahn – Realme GT7 Pro – made it in the Indian market before this announcement. Realme GT7: Price in India (expectations)
Although Realme has not yet announced official pricing for the Indian market, Chinese figures provide a good signal. In China, Realme GT 7 CNY starts at 2,599 (about 30,400 rupees), featuring 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. The handset is available in five different configurations, offering internal storage of-16 GB RAM and 1TB with top-end models-CNY 3,799 (about Rs 44,400).
Once launched in India, local taxes and duties can be seen climbing about Rs 40,000 in prices. This will be closely align with the pricing of Realme GT 6, which began for Rs 40,000 for 8GB RAM and 256GB storage models.
Realme GT 7 India Launch: What is expected?
The rumor is that Realme GT will be launched in India on 7 May 2025. While the major glasses and features are yet to be revealed, the Chinese version paints a good enough image. Prior to the launch, Realme officials confirmed that Realme GT 7 would be China’s first smartphone to launch the new case with 9400+ chipset, and it is likely that Indian variants will have the same processor facility. Manufactured using the 3Nm process of TSMC, the chip claims a powerful CPU configuration that includes a Cortex-X 925 core, seen on 3.73GHz, three Cortex-X4 core on 3.30GHz, and four Cortex-A720 core are running at 2.4GHz. Realme GT 7 is expected to ship with Android 15, which is leveled with Realme UI 6.0.
Realme GT 7 features a 6.8-inch FHD+ BOE display, which offers a touch sampling rate up to 2,800 x 1,200 pixels, 144hz refresh rates and 340Hz. It is said to claim 94.7 percent screen-to-body ratio, full coverage of DCI-P3 color surge, 4608hz high-existing PWM dimming, global peak of 1,800 NITs, and a shocking local peak of 6,500 NITs.
Powering the device, Realme is expected to equip GT 7 with a 7,000mAh single-cell battery, supported by 100W fast charging technology. The phone is also rumored to sport a 6.78 -inch flat AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a high fresh rate, which can further enhance the viewing experience. Despite the housing for such a large battery, Realm GT7 has been tipped to maintain a slim and light profile, although full specifications about its dimensions and weight are yet to be disclosed.
In terms of cameras, the device is expected to have a 50-megapixel main sensor, 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens and a 16-megapixel front-facing camera for selfie and video calls.
