The Realme 13 Pro series is here and its claim to fame is photography. The brand is also betting big on AI image processing with its new Realme 13 Pro and Realme 13 Pro+. The new devices have been launched with Realme’s Hyperimage+ AI photography architecture, which includes flagship optics, on-device AI imaging algorithms, and cloud-based AI image editing features such as Smart Removal, Group Photo Enhancement, and Audio Zoom.

Talking about the hardware, the Realme 13 Pro+ is the first phone to launch with Sony’s LYT-701 sensor on its 50MP main cam (24mm). A first is the 3x telephoto lens featuring the Sony LYT-600 sensor (1/2-inch) with 50MP resolution and 73mm focal length. Both rear shooters feature OIS and are joined by an 8MP ultrawide lens (16mm).

You can check out some daytime samples and night time samples we took with the 13 Pro+ at a media event in Bangkok earlier this month.

The Realme 13 Pro features a smaller 50MP main sensor (26mm) and an 8MP ultrawide sensor just like the 13Pro+. Realme also revealed that the design inspiration for the 13 Pro series comes from the works of French painter Claude Monet with brushstrokes behind frosted glass.

Apart from this, both the phones have a 6.7-inch AMOLED display (FHD + 120Hz) with Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection. Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset has also been used in both the phones.

Realme also announced that the 13 Pro series and all future Number Pro series phones will come with a 512GB storage option. The brand also promised that all its future Pro Number series devices will have a minimum of IP65 water and dust resistance.

Both phones pack a 5,200mAh battery, with 45W SuperVOOC wired charging on the 13 Pro and 80W speeds on the 13 Pro+.

The Realme 13 Pro series comes in Monet Gold, Monet Purple, and Emerald Green colours.

The price of Realme 13 Pro starts at Rs 1,999 Rs. 26,999 ($320) for the 8/128GB trim. Pre-orders start today via mainline channels and July 31 on realme.com and Flipkart.

The Realme 13 Pro series will debut in India and will launch in other markets soon.
