Rashmika Mandanna refutes rumors that she is the most expensive actress after Pushpa 2

Actress Rashmika Mandanna attended the closing ceremony of the International Film Festival of India (IFFI) 2024 on November 28. The actor addressed the rumors spreading about her being the most expensive female actor after her upcoming film Pushpa 2.
When the media asked about the rumors at IFFI, Rashmika said, “I don’t agree with it at all because it’s not true.”

At the IFFI event, Rashmika stunned the red carpet in a green saree and called film festivals a platform to celebrate cinema. He revealed that Allu Arjun and director Sukumar were busy with the final editing of the film and hence, could not attend the event. When asked if she expected to win a National Award for Pushpa 2 after Allu Arjun’s win, Rashmika smiled and said, “Hopefully.”
Pushpa 2: Niyama has been awarded a U/A certificate by the Central Board of Film Certification. This news was announced on 28 November. Directed by Sukumar, the crime thriller will see Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil reprising their roles from Pushpa: The Rise.

Rashmika Mandanna also has an exciting line-up of films releasing in the near future.
After Pushpa 2, she will star in Kubera with Dhanush and Nagarjuna Akkineni, period drama Chhaava with Vicky Kaushal and Sikandar with Salman Khan. These films are scheduled to release in December 2024, February 2025 and March 2025 respectively.
