Ranma 1/2 Episode 6 is scheduled to air on Sunday, November 10, 2024 at 12:55 AM JST. As a result, international fans can expect the episode to be available a day earlier, at approximately 3:55am GMT / 8:55am PT / 11:55am ET.

Expected Plot in Ranma 1/2 Episode 6
According to the anime’s official website, Ranma 1/2 Episode 6 will be titled Kodachi the Black Rose. The episode will focus on Akane’s participation in a gymnastics competition at Furinkan High, where she plays a substitute for the team after the original representative is attacked.
During the competition, Akane will face her rival, Kodachi Kuno, who is introduced as a new character and one of Ranma’s many suitors. Kodachi, who has feelings for Ranma’s female form, will be seen attempting to sabotage Akane’s team.
However, determined to prove herself, Akane will focus more on practice even after the injury. Ranma eventually joins the competition to help Akane. Ryoga’s pig form will also appear more prominently in Ranma 1/2 Episode 6.
Ranma 1/2 Episode 5 Recap
Ranma 1/2 Episode 5, titled ‘Who Says You’re Cute’, begins when Akane reacts calmly to having her hair accidentally cut off during a fight between Ranma and Ryoga. Ranma and Ryoga both ask her to slap them as a way of apologizing, which she does before appearing emotionless.
Worried Ranma follows her and realizes that Akane is very hurt, trying to hide her feelings in front of her family. While visiting Dr. Tofu to be treated for a sprain, Akane is reminded of her childhood.
It was then revealed that her desire to grow her hair out stemmed from her longtime admiration for tofu and her attraction to her sister. In the present, Dr. Tofu consoles her by calling her cute, but this causes Akane to cry in Ranma 1/2 Episode 5.
Later, Ranma and Akane reconcile as Ranma literally tells her that she looks better with short hair. Meanwhile, Ryoga, still angry, breaks into the Tendo dojo and attacks Ranma in the rain. As they fight, Ranma learns that Ryoga had followed him to China.
It was then revealed that Ryoga was cursed just like Ranma and his father, turning into a pig whenever he was put into cold water. In this form, Akane joins him. Ranma 1/2 Episode 5 ends as Ranma secretly tries to get Ryoga out of the house, but is beaten to death by Akane.
