Rajamouli-Mahesh Babu’s Varanasi: MM Keeravani reveals 2027 release window
MM Keeravani’s speech at the program included an important update on ‘Varanasi’. The ace musician revealed the release window of the much-awaited film.
The mega teaser launch event of SS Rajamouli’s next magnum opus ‘Varanasi’ starring Mahesh Babu, Priyanka Chopra and Prithviraj Sukumaran is currently trending on social media. Academy Award winner MM Keeravani made some big revelations during her speech on stage, which made all the fans waiting for the film happy.
MM Keeravani revealed during his speech that ‘Varanasi’ will release on the big screens in the summer of 2027. Recreating the iconic ‘Pokiri’ dialogue with his own twist, he said: “I have not bought a flat in Hyderabad or Vizag recently. It is not made of cement. It is in the hearts of Mahesh Babu’s fans. The builder handed over, the producer happy, the director happy. The melody is mine, the beat is mine. See you in the summer of 2027.”
Along with this major update, Keeravani also removed the entry music of Kumbha (Prithviraj Sukumaran’s character from ‘Varanasi’) before introducing the star antagonist on stage. The mega Globetrotter event is taking place at Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad and is live streaming on JioHotstar.
The first-look poster of Priyanka Chopra as Mandakini in Mahesh Babu starrer SS Rajamouli’s film was released on November 12 and it took the internet by storm. Composed by Oscar-winning composer MM Keeravani, the track titled ‘Globetrotter (from “Globetrotter”) was also released on YouTube earlier this week.
The buzz about the film is so high that a Mahesh Babu fan has captured the internet’s attention by traveling 6,817 kilometers from Perth, Australia to Hyderabad to attend the much-awaited Globetrotter event.
