Raja ShivajiThe film, directed by and starring Riteish Deshmukh in the lead role, has become the second highest-grossing Marathi film of all time in India. The film, based on the bravery and reign of Maratha king and warrior Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, was released in theaters on May 1.

The biggest business of the film has come from the Marathi version. On the fourth day, Raja Shivaji Earned Rs 4.25 crore in Marathi and Rs 1.35 crore in Hindi.
