1. Soak the grains

Add quinoa, brown rice, urad dal and fenugreek seeds in a bowl. Wash them thoroughly, then soak the grains for 6-7 hours to soften them.

2. Prepare the batter

Once soaked, put everything in a blender and blend until smooth. Cover it and let it ferment overnight.

3. Make Dosa
