Allu Arjun-led Pushpa 2: The Rule continues to be an unstoppable force at the Hindi box office, as the film created another all-time record in its fourth weekend. As per early estimates, the Sukumar directorial has earned Rs 26.00-26.50 crore in the fourth weekend, taking its 25-day total collection to Rs 688.75 crore. The film is all set to join the Rs 700 crore club by Tuesday and end the year with a record that may stand for years to come.
Pushpa 2: Rules Earned Rs 6.25 crore on fourth Friday, followed by Rs 9.00 crore on Saturday and Rs 11.00 crore on Sunday. Despite competition from Mufasa and Baby John, the film has remained the No. 1 pick in North India and isn’t going to stop any time soon. Given current trends, there is a strong possibility that allu arjun The action entertainer also entered the Rs 800 crore club in Hindi, although we will get a clear picture on this with a catch on the fifth Friday.
Pushpa 2 has sold over 4 crore tickets in the Hindi version, and is one of the most watched films of the modern era, surpassing the greatest films of all time – Gadar: Ek Prem Katha (2001) and Baahubali 2 ( 2017). Apart from the above two, this film is the only film to sell 4 crore or more tickets in its Hindi version. For those unaware, both Baahubali and Gadar created history with over 5 crore ticket sales in the Hindi language.
Pushpa 2 will also benefit from the holiday period from Monday to Wednesday as it is expected to earn Rs 20.00 crore to Rs 25 crore in the next four days. The film has broken the record of Jawan in the fourth weekend, which had collected around Rs 22 crore and is now at the number 1 position. Pushpa 2 is now the undisputed record holder for all weeks and weekends during its run.
