Producer Naga Vamsi celebrated the box-office success of Lenin with a note on its theatrical success. He said the film’s biggest achievement was helping distributors and exhibitors recover quickly.

With the poster claiming to have earned Rs 61.1 crore worldwide in three days, Vamsi reflected on the journey of the project, recalling that Manam Entertainments and Sithara Entertainments came together with one goal: to deliver a memorable success for Akhil Akkineni.

He revealed that before the film’s release, he and Nagarjuna deliberately decided to price the theatrical rights responsibly across all territories. According to Vamsi, the idea was to ensure distributors and exhibitors who supported lenin They can recover their investment quickly and celebrate the success of the film right from the opening weekend.

Calling that decision the team’s biggest achievement, the producer said that nothing made him happier than seeing distributors recovering their investments by the end of the first weekend and exhibitors celebrating with packed theaters across multiple centres.

Despite receiving mixed reviews, lenin has enjoyed strong box-office performance. According to Sacknilk, the film grossed ₹9.65 crore in India on its third day, taking its domestic gross to ₹25.45 crore and its estimated worldwide gross to ₹37.07 crore after three days. However, the makers have claimed a worldwide collection of Rs 61.1 crore through their latest official box-office poster.
