Priyanka Chopra and Lara Dutta reunited at Wimbledon and shared the moment online. Their meeting brought back memories for Andaz and drew warm reactions from fans.
After more than two decades of sharing screen space StyleActors Priyanka Chopra and Lara Dutta reunited at Wimbledon, and fans couldn’t stop themselves from taking a trip down memory lane. Their warm reunion, complete with hugs and matching smiles, evoked nostalgia for the 2003 romantic drama, which marked Lara’s Bollywood debut.
Priyanka shared a picture with Lara on Instagram on Sunday, in which the two are posing together while hugging their former co-star. Priyanka looked beautiful in a white halterneck dress, while Lara wore a blue dress with a white shrug.
While sharing the photo, Priyanka wrote, “It felt great to see my daughter.” Lara reposted the same photo with the caption, “26 years later, happy girls are still around…” – a playful nod to their long-standing friendship, which began during their pageant days.
Directed by Raj Kanwar and produced by Sunil Darshan, Style It was Lara Dutta’s first film in Bollywood. The film was commercially successful and remains popular for its music and performances.
Apart from meeting Lara, Priyanka was also among the celebrity guests at Wimbledon, where she watched the women’s singles semi-final between Karolina Muchova and Coco Gauff from the front row.
During the match, the actor gave husband Nick Jonas a virtual courtside experience via FaceTime call, as he was unable to attend the tournament. Priyanka later shared that Nick is a longtime Wimbledon fan and usually goes with her, but he had to miss this year’s trip due to being in Los Angeles.
On the work front, Priyanka is set to return to Indian cinema after eight years with SS Rajamouli’s next. VaranasiCo-starring Mahesh Babu and Prithviraj Sukumaran. The film is currently shooting and is expected to release in April 2027.
Meanwhile, Lara will be next seen in Nitesh Tiwari’s film RamayanaWhich also stars Ranbir Kapoor, Yash, Sai Pallavi and Sunny Deol. The two-part epic is scheduled to begin its theatrical run during Diwali 2026.
