After the report came out, the situation became a mercury that Akshay Kumar was allegedly planning a legal action against Rawal, allegedly demanding Rs 25 crore for losses to vandalize the project. However, co-star Sunil Shetty replied with surprise, “I have no clue about it. It’s absolutely shocking. I first thought of texting him, and then I thought I would meet him and discuss it. I have no words about it. Even Akshay has happened as it happened.”
When asked about legal threats, Priyadarshan took himself away from controversy. “I don’t know all this. I live in Chennai. I don’t know much about Bollywood politics. We just wrapped ‘Bhoot Bungalow’. I never saw any tension. I really don’t know.
Fans and people in the film industry are confused and are waiting to know what is really happening. The speculation remains on whether ‘Hera Ferry 3’ will proceed as planned or will face further delays. For now, the fate of the film hangs in uncertainty.
