Prithviraj Sukumaran is eagerly waiting for the release of his film L2: Imapuran, which includes Mohanlal in the lead role. Before his release, the actor has shared an update on his next film in the lead role.
Taking on his Instagram handle, the Sala actor announced the shooting rap of his film Merge Buddha, after being in two years of work. Sharing the official update, Prithviraj also recalled his accident during his shoot and wrote:
“2 plus years, a broken ACL, a torn maniscus, and some re -applied cartilage later, #Vilayathbuddha comes in a final wrap for double mohanan!”

For unknown people, Prithviraj Sukumaran suffered an accident during the day during the shooting of Buddha. He was shooting for an action sequence in Marore in 2023, where an accident occurred. The actor later revealed how he was subject to keyhole surgery and was under the bedrest for a few months.
The film is starring Buddha Buddha Jayan Nambiar and is based on a novel by the same name. In the novel written by GR Indugopan, the author has also co-written the screenplay with Rajesh Pannadon.
Moving on, Prithviraj Sukumaran will hit the big screen with a large screen sequel L2: March 27, 2025. The film directed by the actor has played an important character with Mohanlal.
The upcoming action thriller is the sequel to Lucifer of 2019 and a second installment out of one trilogy. While the first installment was focused with Stephen Nedampali’s character, aka Khore-Abram and an anonymous crime syndicate with his Nexus, the sequel is likely to go deep into the world, which shows after and after the characters and after their origin.
Apart from Mohanlal and Prithviraj, the film also featured Towino Thomas, Indrajit Sukumaran, Manju Warrior, Sani Eyappon and many other lead roles.
