Preity Zinta says that when people ask her about politics, they have PTSD
Actor Preity Zinta addressed rumors of her involvement in politics. In a chat on X, he answered a question, also expressed how his love for India was deepened by living abroad.

Actor Preity Zinta finally addressed speculation about his involvement in her politics. During any session on me on X, he personally answered a fan question, confirmed his love for India and called the Internet to be “decisions”. He also shared that he is often PTSD from the question.
A fan asked him, “Are you going to join BJP in the near future? In the last few months your tweets look like#PZChat (SIC).” Preeti clarified that she had no plans to join BJP – or in general, politics – and urged fans not to believe everything read on social media.
He replied, “This is the problem with people on social media. Everyone has become so just recently. As I said earlier, I am going to a temple, participating in Maha Kumbh, and proud of my identity does not mean that I am joining politics or, for that case, BJP (SIC).”
He added, “Staying outside India has really appreciated the value of my country. Like everyone else, I now cherish India and everything more (SIC).”

In a separate post, he said, “I regret that if I suddenly look! I have PTSD from this question. Appreciate your explanation. After becoming a mother and after becoming in a foreign country, I want to make sure that my children cannot forget that they are half Indians. My husband is unknown, we are bringing our children as Hindu (SIC).”
He said, “Sadly, I am constantly facing criticism and this simple bliss is being politicized all the time. I think I need to answer who I am or I am proud to teach my children about their roots and religion. Let us go time to move on. Send you a lot of love and best wishes (SIC). ,
