After the success of his films, directors and producers often think of coming up with the sequel of their films on public demand. In the past, the manufacturers encouraged the audience by announcing the follow-up of their hit projects. While some are in making, others have not yet seen daylight. But to gauge the mood of fans, Pinkvilla hosted a pole, in which Cinefiles asked to vote for the upcoming Hindi film sequel, which encouraged them all. Here are poll results!
On February 27, 2025, we organized a pole, in which fans were asked which upcoming Hindi movie sequel you are the most excited? ‘A few days later, the results are here, and it expects some of us. The winner of this exciting pole is Hera Fari 3 with 36% of the people voting for it. Well, the Comic-Caper was announced in January last month with Paresh Rawal and Sunil Shetty. The film Priyadarshan is expected to go on the floor by August-September 2025 and release in 2026.

The second baging in this viral poll is Sandeep Reddy Wanga’s Animal Park. After the record-breaking success of Ranbir Kapoor-led animal, the filmmaker spoke to the fans by giving a teaser of the upcoming sequel. The story of the second part will continue from where 2023 actionrs ended. Saying that, Wanga will start working on it only after the release of his second film, Spirit.
Hrithik Roshan has Krrish 4 in the third place near 11% of the votes. The last three franchisees got engaged to the audience for years. Nevertheless, it is coming to win over the hearts of cinema lovers. Reports suggested that the actor would start shooting for the film-Fi film after wrapping the shoot for War 2 in April.
Fourth place is Stri 3, with Rajkumar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor expected to be in the lead roles. Unlike the second part, Akshay Kumar is expected to have a complete presence in the third installment of the horror comedy of Madock Films.
Apart from these, films like Don 2, Sunny Deol and Varun Dhawan’s Border 2 and no entry 2 are also in line-up.
