The trailer features Ayushmann as Prajapati Pandey, a simple forest officer whose life takes an unexpected turn when he tries to help a female friend. What follows is confusion as he finds himself entangled with not one, but three women, played by Sara, Vamika and Rakul. As misunderstandings escalate, the situation turns into a complete comedy of errors.

Adding to the madness, Vijay Raaz shows up as a cop, who further intensifies the already chaotic narrative. The nearly three-minute trailer features Ayushmann in a bold avatar, even including a moment where he appears fearless enough to control the cheetah before delving into his romantic relationships with the three leading ladies.

As the story unfolds, it becomes clear that his character is married to Rakul Preet Singh’s character and is also involved with two other women. The plot revolves around her increasingly messy attempts to manage these relationships, leading to a series of comic situations.
The film serves as a sequel to the 2019 hit husband wife and she and marks the return of director Mudassar Aziz to the franchise. The previous installment featured Kartik Aryan, Bhumi Pednekar and Ananya Panday.
The film, originally scheduled to release on Holi 2026, has now been pushed to a new date. The makers have announced this husband wife and those two Will hit theaters on May 15, 2026.
