Film and television stars are among hundreds of people who have lost their homes in the Los Angeles wildfires that have devastated parts of the world’s showbiz capital.
These are some of the most famous celebrities who have been affected by the fires this week:
– Paris Hilton –
Hotel heiress Paris Hilton, 43, said she watched her Malibu oceanfront home burn on live television, writing on Instagram that she was “heartbroken.”
Hilton wrote, “My heart aches for those who are still in harm’s way or mourning greater loss. The devastation is unimaginable.”
She later shared a video of her five Pomeranians in the back of a car and said they were headed to a hotel to seek shelter.

Two-time Oscar-winning actor Anthony Hopkins, perhaps best known for his role in “The Silence of the Lambs”, has reportedly lost his luxurious home.
Photos show the 87-year-old man’s property burned to the ground, although Hopkins has not yet issued a public statement.

Oscar winner Jeff Bridges, best known for starring in the cult classic “The Big Lebowski,” has lost his Malibu home, which he shares with his family, a representative tells entertainment news site TMZ.

Alves, 62, previously shared a video of herself driving over LA’s rolling hills, with orange flames visible in the distance, describing the scene as “biblical.”
