Oscar winning actor Jean Hackman, wife Batesi and Dog found dead at home: Report
A two -time Oscar winner, actor Jean Hackman, along with his wife, Betsi and his dog, was found dead in his New Mexico house on Thursday. The police did not suspect any dishonesty.

Actor Jean Hackman, known for his work in ‘Bonnie and Clide’, was found dead at his New Mexico House on Wednesday afternoon with his wife, Betsi and a dog. As reported by Santa FE New Mexican website, the police did not suspect dishonesty in the case immediately, while the investigation is on. The report quoted Santa F County Sheriff, Aden Mendoza as saying that the two -time Oscar -winning actor died with his dog and wife.
The actor was 95 years old when he breathed his last, while his wife was 63 years old. The police do not have to announce the cause of his death.
Other revered works by Hackman include ‘The French Connection’, and ‘The Royal Tennbaums’. Apart from winning the Academy Award twice in his famous career, he also won four Golden Globe and two BAFTA Awards. Hackman also portrayed the role of Lex Luther in ‘Superman’ (1978) and ‘Superman II’ (1980). He last appeared in 2004 in ‘Welcome to Moseport’, and confirmed in his third book in 2008 that he retired from acting.
The actor first married Fay Maltese and had three children – Christopher Alan, Elizabeth Jean and Leslie Anne Hackman. She ended her three decades of marriage in 1986, after which Hackman married Pianoist Betasi Arkawa in 1991. There was no child with his second wife.
