OnePlus CEO Pete Lau has finally revealed the plans of the prestigious alert slider seen on the OnePlus phone. The company has rumors about planning to remove it and while many were hoping that it could be wrong, this is actually happening. In a community post, he confirmed that the company plans to offer a customized button in place of an alert slider, suggesting that the company set to walk on the footsteps of Apple – offering a button that can more than adjusting the sound status of the phone.
