OnePlus has announced its next flagship phone OnePlus 13S for India. Here you need to know about it.
Listen to the story

OnePlus has announced its next flagship phone OnePlus 13S for India. Before you ask, no, this is not the sequel to OnePlus 13. This is very early for him. You can think of 13S as a light version of 13. But it is not to say that it is less powerful (or that OnePlus is going away 13r). Light – or light in smartphone parlance, in this case compact means. It is designed to offer a comparable experience, at least as far as the peak performance is concerned, in a body that is more plotable, even 13, even 13, continue to offer full latest and biggest glasses and features of 13 – including a large screen, also from OnePlus.
Today’s OnePlus 13S announcement drop with some additional juicy doll information with it. There is only one design. OnePlus has shared the first look of the phone and confirmed that it will be available in the choice of black velvet and pink satin. A couple of glasses have also been confirmed. It also includes screen size along the chip. The 13s are powered by Qualcomm’s fastest chip on the block – at the time of writing – which is Snapdragon 8 Elite. The performance is 6.32-inch. All this is enough for eagle-Idered readers to estimate, OnePlus 13S is giving shape to the global markets to be China-exclusive OnePlus 13T.
If yes, then we already know what is expected from it. Here is TL; DR version:
– A 6.32-inch 1.5k 8t ltpo amoled display up to a maximum refresh rate of 120Hz and 1600 notes of peak brightness, with Oppo’s crystal shield glass protection.
– Snapdragon 8 Elite Chip added up to 16GB with LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage.
– Coloros 15 should be replaced by Oxygen 15 when launched globally.
– A huge 6260mAh battery with 80W fast charging.
-50-megapixel primary (f/1.8, OIS), double cameras with 50-megapixel 2x telephoto (OIS).
– 16-megapixel front camera.
– Shortcut key (instead of an alert slider) and ip65 all-metal chassis with dust and water resistance.
– In-display fingerprint reader for biometrics.
These glasses can change, we can find a small battery, or the memory option can be limited, but these are things that no one can do before the launch. We just have to wait and see how things are PAN, but what is sure that OnePlus is a flagship phone – OnePlus 13S – is launching in India soon and it will definitely be a compact flagship. However this is the case. 13S is not the only compact flagship phone available in India. Instead, it joins the growing roster of equipment from various brands, from sister company Oppo to Xiaomi, Samsung, Google and Apple. Apple really made them even smaller – mini – very recently, before calling it, it proceeds to focus on regular and plus models.
Here are some big-tick names that talk about compact flagship phones today:
– iPhone 16: 6.1-inch
– Google Pixel 9/9A: 6.3-inch
– Samsung Galaxy S25: 6.2-inch
– Xiaomi 15: 6.36-inch
– OPPO X8: 6.59-inch
Even if OnePlus 13s is not the only compact flagship phone in India, it will be different in a major way. Experience-wise, of course, things will vary, but strictly depending on the idea, where the 13s are different-or this post will be launched-from every other phone described on it, is pricing. Except for Pixel 9A, all these phones start above Rs 60,000, which is to say that they are not cheap at all. On the other hand, the price of 13S should be more aggressive. If the price of OnePlus 13t is done, it would not be wrong to expect a coarse ballpark figure somewhere within Rs 50,000. (13t 12GB/256GB starts at about 39,800 (3399 yuan), while the space-out 16GB/1TB variant goes up to Rs 52,690 (4499 yuan).
