The upcoming web series Om Kali Jai Kali is an action crime thriller who is one of the killing of an MLA candidate and the hero is one of the main criminals.
With a woman cautious by a woman, the man is being hunted by others who are out to take revenge. Vemal is shown double in the show and is expected to facilitate a string of gritty action sequences.

The upcoming series Om Kali Jai Kali has the main feature of Vemal, with Pugaz, Karuppu, Ramu Chelappa, Pavani Reddy, Douglas Kumaramurthy, Ilango Kumarawell and a cast of actors in many more lead roles.
The show on Jiohotstar is directed by Ramu Chelappa, while Rajesh Shukla and Praveen KL have handled cinematography and editing respectively.
The web series Om Kali Jai Kali marks the second outing of actor Vemal in a web series. Earlier, the actor appeared in the show boneny, which was premiered on Zee5.
The series is a crime thriller directed by Prasanth Pandiyraj of Bruce Lee Fame. Apart from Vemal, the film stars Inaya, Bala Saravanan, Munishkant, RNR Manohar, SS Chakraborty, and an artist of more actors in lead roles.
Moving forward, the actor was last seen in the lead role in the film Badwa, which was released on March 7, 2025 after a delay of 6 years. The action comedy Flick also had actors like Suri, Sreeta Rao, Ramchandra Raju, and Devadarshini.
